YGJ6 series well type al-alloy aging furnace is a type of energy-saving and cycle-working product, providing aging heat treatment for such alloy parts as aluminum alloy die castings, aluminum profiles, pistons and others. This product executes the military standard GJB509-98-88 of Ministry of Aviation Industry of PRC. When used for aerospace and aviation aircraft manufacturing industry, customers should choose the high-accuracy temperature control cabinet operated by furnace microcomputer program produced by our factory. Structure of YGJ6 series well type al-alloy aging furnace: the cylindrical furnace body is made of steel plates and section steel, the inner face of the furnace cover is of stainless steel plates, and the furnace lining built up with ultra-light energy-saving beads insulating bricks which can be fireproof. Between the furnace lining and shell is put aluminum silicate super-long fiber felt for insulation, and the clearance filled with expansion insulating powder. As belonging to typical energy-saving furnace lining structure, it can save electricity by 30%-40%. The resistance wire adopts 0Cr25Al5 high electroresistance alloy wire to form a spiral fixed on the wire-put brick inside the furnace cavity, and inside the furnace put a stainless materials-loading basket. The furnace cover uses manual lever up and down, and larger-sized covers adopt electric gearbox. For uniform heating of the workpieces, on the furnace cover equipped with heat-resistant stainless axis and hot air circulation fan made of wind wheel. During the heating course, hot air cycle with high speed inside the al-alloy aging furnace to assure the uniform heating of workpieces. For safe operation, a limit switch is fixed beside the elevating system, which is interlocked with the control cabinet power supply of the furnace, power connected when the furnace cover closed (off-working). When the furnace cover is opened, the switch will cut down the controlling power supply immediately, thus the power source of heating elements is also put off for the safety purpose.
